For over two decades, The Wallace Firm, LLC has helped families in Georgia, DC and Maryland — protect what matters most. We combine deep legal expertise with a genuine commitment to plain-language guidance.
Our Story
Our Story
Trust Will Estate was founded on a simple belief: every family deserves access to clear, compassionate estate planning — not just those who can afford a downtown law firm's hourly rates.
We started in Georgia and expanded to serve clients in Washington DC and Maryland, and eventually nationwide. Over 20 years and 10,000 families later, our mission hasn't changed: make estate planning understandable, accessible, and genuinely useful for real families.
We don't believe in unnecessary complexity. Most families need a will, a trust, and a few supporting documents — and we help you get there efficiently, without the jargon.
Clarity over complexity
We translate legal concepts into plain language so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
Family first
Every plan we create is built around your family's specific needs, relationships, and goals — not a template.
Accessible nationwide
We serve clients across all 50 states via phone and video consultations, with deep roots in Georgia, DC, and Maryland.
